2. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال، وكلمة المرور بشكل مشفّر.
- بيانات المركبة اللازمة لتنفيذ الخدمة.
- بيانات الحجوزات وطلبات المقهى وسجل الطلبات.

3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- إنشاء حسابك والتحقق منه عبر رمز OTP.
- تنفيذ الحجوزات والطلبات وتتبع حالتها.
- معالجة المدفوعات وحفظ البطاقات بناءً على طلبك عبر Moyasar.
- إرسال إشعارات الخدمة والدعم الفني.
- تحسين الخدمة ومنع الاحتيال والاستخدام غير المصرح به.
4. المشاركة مع أطراف أخرى
لا نبيع بياناتك. قد نشارك الحد الأدنى اللازم مع:
- مزود الدفع Moyasar لإتمام عمليات الدفع.
- خدمات الإشعارات (مثل Firebase) لإيصال التنبيهات.
- الجهات المختصة إذا طلب النظام ذلك.
5. الاحتفاظ والأمان
نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما كان حسابك نشطًا أو للمدة التي يتطلبها النظام أو تنفيذ الخدمة. نستخدم وسائل حماية تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة، بما في ذلك التشفير وتخزين رموز الدخول بشكل آمن.

- Vehicle details needed to deliver the service.

- Process payments and save cards at your request through Moyasar.
